- ➤ Western Technical College in La Crosse cut the ribbon on its new dental lab on Thursday. The lab will give students hands-on experience with dental equipment — and serve as a classroom — as part of a $20 million state health care package investment. News8000

- ➤ With five days until the Spring Election on April 1, state Supreme Court candidates campaigned across Wisconsin—Judge Brad Schimel visited La Crosse after stops in Altoona and Eau Claire while Susan Crawford held a meet and greet in Oneida County to share her working-class background and promise impartiality. - ➤ Wisconsin voters will cast ballots Tuesday in the spring election as they choose candidates for the state Supreme Court, state superintendent and a constitutional amendment requiring photo ID for voting. The Associated Press will report vote counts and declare winners—vote margins that are too wide for a recount will be noted as conclusive. News8000
