  • UW-La Crosse occupational therapy students are partnering with a local manufacturer to run new programs that focus on mental, emotional, and social wellness.   • Fire danger levels are high in much of western Wisconsin, prompting burning bans on burn piles, burn barrels and campfires in the Village of Stoddard and Town of Bergen. Charcoal grills may still be used if placed on a non-combustible surface near a home.  News8000

  • Affinity Plus Branch Manager Jamie Baumann advised people to clean up their finances to ease stress as Tax Day nears.   • The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources warns of high fire danger this week after 63 wildfires burned 135 acres last weekend—burn permits are suspended in 24 counties and fire crews along with Army National Guard teams are on standby to respond if a large fire starts.  WEAU
