- ➤ Onalaska High School honored Michael McMahon, a 2024 graduate who died on March 9 during Marine Corps training, last Sunday on its Wall of Honor. His name now stands with other alumni memorialized for serving our country. News8000

- ➤ La Crosse EMS has launched a new service today that adds mobile units to improve emergency care & reduce response times for residents. The expansion aims to boost available treatment during emergencies in our community. News8000
- ➤ Runners braved rainy conditions at Riverside Park on Saturday for a 5K that kicked off EMS week, which runs May 17 + 23, to support local emergency medical workers. Organizers said the event honored first responders and celebrated community health. News8000
