- ➤ Lewis Kuhlman, La Crosse’s environmental planner, said the Solar Power Hour is happening today from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the People’s Food Coop—where residents learn how to lower costs on solar installations and get help with energy upgrades through the home energy audit program for low-income households. - ➤ City committees in La Crosse are voting this month on the Haven on Main housing project planned where the Pink Palace apartments once stood.
