- ➤ A Hillsboro man, Robert Brand, 22, was charged with felony counts after he tried to pass two vehicles and caused a February 10 head-on crash in Viroqua that seriously injured a woman who was airlifted by Gundersen to Emplify — he faces charges of 1st Degree Reckless Injury, Reckless Driving, and Recklessly Endangering Safety and will appear in court again on September 2.
