  • On Friday’s La Crosse Talk, UW-La Crosse political science professor Dr. Anthony Chergosky proposed a Charlie Berens run for governor to address local concerns like rising costs and budget shortfalls — a comment made amid discussions of state budget surplus and unmet community needs.
