Good morning, La Crosse.

Tonight, Riverside Park will host the 31st annual Rotary Lights display when Santa turns on millions of lights—volunteers spent the past month setting up displays and an ice rink while an opening parade starts at 5 p.m., followed by fireworks and a food donation drive for local pantries through December with holiday exceptions.

La Crosse city officials declared a snow emergency that starts today at 6:00 p.m.—alternate side parking rules will be in effect until Monday night.

The emergency may be extended or cancelled as needed.
