GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The City will open its Emergency Day Center on Sunday at 713 St. James Street from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. to help residents brace for cold weather, offering lunch provided by The Salvation Army and free bus service with set pickup times; donations are not accepted at the center. News8000
