EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ A La Crosse public school built in 1940 is under consideration for historic landmark status after the Heritage Preservation Commission voted 5 – 2 on Thursday to advance its nomination with a public hearing set for late April. The school district opposes the move over funding concerns. WIZM
- ➤ On Thursday, Mar. 26, young students from La Crosse Central and Spence Elementary tried rock-climbing, obstacle courses, and making s’mores during the annual All-Abilities Day event.
